Job Description

The Finance & Administration Pastor will oversee key operational areas of the church, including finances, information technology, facilities, human resources, and organizational administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of finances, budgeting, and organizational procurement, ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
• Oversee information technology, including internal network infrastructure and key software solutions that support ministry.
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and care of all church property and facilities.
• Oversee the administration of human resource functions that support and manage church staff.
• Work directly with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to shape the vision and strategy for areas of responsibility within the Operations Department.
• Lead, manage, and hold Operations staff accountable for carrying out the established vision and strategy.
• Build, train, and lead effective volunteer teams as needed.
• Develop and manage the Operations budget and ensure proper stewardship of resources.
• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience identifying leaders and building and leading teams.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
